Pianist Stefani Grbić (Dubrovnik, 1987) began musical education in her native city in class of Marija Grazio, and continued at the Academy of Music in Ljubljana, Slovenia where she graduated in class of Tomaž Petrač 2011. She attended specialization Accademia della Steinway Society in Verona, Italy in class of Federico Gianello. At the moment, she is attending postgraduate studies specialization at the Academy of music in Zagreb in class of Katarina Krpan. During the course of her studies, she has been participating in seminars, held by renowne artists such as Tomaž Petrač, Vlasta Gyura, Ruben Dalibaltayan, Noel Flores, Federico Gianello, Vladimir Krpan, Katarina Krpan and others. She won many awards and recognitions like second award at international piano competition in Florence 2013, Italy, and for her performance of Grieg’s Piano concerto in a minor, op.16 she won Prešern’s award in Ljubljana in January 2010. The performance was broadcasted by radio Ars Slovenia and Dubrovnik television. Her love for chamber music and Lied repertoary guided her to participate as corepetitor and artistic associate in opera projects; comic opera W. A. Mozart «Cosi fan tutte» at Dubrovnik Summer Festival, G. F. Telemann «Pimpinone», A. Salieri «Prima la musica e poi le parole» in Biel at the Swiss Opera Studio. She gave recitals with the soloists such as Nikolina Pinko Behrens (Croatia), Ilijana Korać (Croatia), Marisa Martins (Spain), Xavier Moreno (Spain), Taras Konoshchenko (Ukrain), Ursula Hesse von den Steinen (Germany), Dimitris Tiliakos (Greece) and others. She performed as soloist with Dubrovnik Symphony Orchestra under the baton of Ildous Galioulline, Noorman Widjaja, Francesco Ommassini, Vladimir Kranjčević and Tomislav Fačini. She has performed as a soloist and a chamber player at many festivals and music cycles such as Jeunesses Musicales in Ljubljana, Croatian Culture Club of Switzerland in Baden, on awarding ceremony «Večernjakova domovnica» in Bad Homburg, Germany, Croatian Jeunesses Musicales, HR Project- promotion of contemporary croatian composers, „Darko Lukic˝ in Vatroslav Lisinski concert hall in Zagreb, Classical festival in Vinkovci, festival Epidaurus in Cavtat, festival Konavle Art , International opera festival Tino Pattiera and Late Summer Festival in Dubrovnik. She collaborated with RIM organization in 2013 on the Weltschmerz and Gioachinos cuisine projects.
